This friendly and relaxed group is an opportunity to meet other breastfeeding parents and access support directly from the infant feeding team.

Staff will be on hand to

  • Observe feeds and offer positioning and attachment support as needed
  • Discuss your feeding journey and any concerns you may have
  • Provide colostrum harvesting kits and support with hand expression technique
