Welcome to the Ilkley 7s Festival 2024!
Join us at Ilkley Rugby Club for a day of thrilling 7s rugby action at our inaugural 7s Festival.
8 Elite Mens, 8 Ladies, 12 Social and 8 Colts teams battle it out to be the ultimate 7's rugby champion with food, drinks, a live DJ and entertainment throughout the day!
This year we're introducing the Colts cup as well as a raft of new sponsors and vendors to keep players and spectators well fed and hydrated throughout the day.
Submitting a Team
We are currently looking for Elite, Social, Ladies and Colts teams to play in the Ilkley 7's Festival. Upon team submission you receive 14/18 free tickets to the Festival as well as a jug of Beer (for teams over the age of 18).

Ticketing
Teams receive free tickets per team to the Festival for players and coaches, these must be shown upon entry and anyone with the team without a ticket will need to pay the entry fee of £10 on the day.
Elite Mens, Ladies and Colts teams will be given 14 Free Tickets per team and Social teams will be given 18 Free Tickets per team.
Under 16s and over 65s have free entry and do not need to purchase a ticket (Photo ID may be requested in some cases).
Camping
We offer camping pitches to teams on the night before and the night of the Festival, to book a pitch please contact Rhys on rhyshjm@googlemail.com
Make sure that you have either your free ticket from your team or have purchased a ticket for the Festival too.
Frequently asked questions
If you are a player, you do not need to purchase a ticket to get into the Festival. Each team will be given 12 Free tickets via Eventbrite which must be shown on entry to the Festival.
Yes you can book a camping spot for the night before and after, to book this please email rhyshjm@googlemail.com - Make sure that you have either your free ticket from our team or have purchased a ticket for the Festival too.
