Meeting Place: Broad Pavement Car Park, Queen's Drive. Postcode: EH8 8AZ. Meeting point is next to the entrance of the car park on the grass verge opposite the car park kiosk.

Age: Aimed at children aged 5 and up. Older / younger children also welcome to attend.
Children must be accompanied by a parent/adult guardian.
Grade: Easy.
Bring: Warm, waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear with good grips. A snack and a drink. A hat, sun cream and a drink in hot weather.
Toilets: Toilets are available at the Holyrood Park Education Centre (EH8 8HG). No toilets on the walk itself.
Parking: Broad Pavement Car Park (off Queen's Drive, next to Holyrood Palace). Parking charges are £1 per hour. Charges apply 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). Parking is free for Blue Badge holders. 55°57'03.9"N 3°10'09.8"W - Google Maps
Road Closures: Holyrood Park roads are closed every Saturday and Sunday.

Disabled access: Route contains rough tracks, uneven and boggy terrain, steep inclines and declines that may be difficult for wheelchairs and buggies.
