Wi-fi- There will be free Wi-fi at the venue.

PAT Tested kit – Please ensure that all electrical items have a valid PAT certificate. If you require an extension lead, please bring your own, as there are limited power sockets.

Table cloths will be provided for your stand.

Please respect other exhibitors and the space that they are occupying.

Please note nails, screws, staples, tape and paint are strictly forbidden on the tables and walls of the Beltane suite.

There will be free tea and coffee available outside the Beltane suite throughout the whole conference.

The stands will need to be removed after 16.30 on Friday 21st June. The room will be closed at 17.00 on both days.

Storage:

There is limited storage for storage items within the venue. We ask that arrangements are made for storage of large items off site. Smaller items may be stored under your table (size according to level of sponsorship).
