Guided Wildflower Walk
Join COAST Sunderland and Durham Wildlife Trust botanist Richard Hockin as we search for weird and wonderful wildflowers along the coast. This area typically supports a diverse range of plants including several orchid species.
We will meet at Hendon promenade Car Park and head south, walking through Hendon Local Nature Reserve and along the coastline, before returning to our starting point.
This event is open to all ages but please note that under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear appropriate clothing and suitable clothing.
