Matcha + Yoga: Slow Flow & Sip

A gentle morning to move, sip, and reconnect.

✨ Join us for a soft, soul-nourishing experience in the heart of Battersea, London.
This in-person gathering is designed to help you slow down, ground your energy, and connect with yourself and with others.


🧘‍♀️ What to expect:

  • A 60-minute slow flow yoga class with Sandra Silver(all levels welcome)
  • A calming matcha moment — mindful sipping & soft reflection
  • A guided journaling session to reconnect with your goals, habits and rhythms
  • A warm, welcoming atmosphere curated with intention and care

Whether you're new to yoga or simply seeking a softer way to begin your week, this session is for you.

A cosy space in Battersea, SW11 London (full address shared upon booking)

🕰 Time:

10:45 AM – 12:30 PM
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

    Sandra Silver is a sound healing practitioner and yoga teacher.

    Sandra has been teaching yoga for over 3 years, but has been practicing it for 16 years. Over the years Sandra has fallen more in love with every aspect of yoga, from the physical practice to the subtle spiritual parts of the practice. She is certified in Hatha Raya Vinyasa styles of yoga, Yin Yoga, Inversions and Arm balances as well as certified in Pranayama - the practice of breath regulation.
    Sandra’s aim is to encourage and inspire more people to experience the wonderful benefits of yoga.
