More information on a very popular tasting that we shall repeat this year: All about Gin. This will take place on the Friday 5th July 2024!
Let’s go on a Journey with Victoria to discover how gin is made and learn of some of its long and illustrious histories - from early days as a ‘medicinal remedy’, through to 'mother's ruin' up to the present-day craft boom and popularity among a new generation.
This will be a fabulous evening for gin lovers and anyone who wants to find out more about gin! We will be tasting 6 different gins that you might not have sampled before with unusual botanicals and interesting stories! We will finish the evening with Sloe Gin. (I will make sure that we have copious amounts of Sloe Gin to finish the evening as I remember how it was a hit in the previous year!)
During the evening, there will be a break where some food will be served: Jeremy's Yummy Sausages Rolls & Selection of cheeses & bread. This will allow us to chat about what we’ve tasted and meet up with everybody.
This will take place on the Friday 5th July at the special price of £35.00 per person– Arrival time 19.15, for sharp start at 19.30. This event will take place at the flat of one of our most regular attendees: Dr Niall!
Once you have RSVP'd, please send the financial contribution to the usual bank details. (These will be provided in the confirmation email you receive from Eventbrite.)
Deadline for the financial contribution to confirm your attendance will be on Friday 14th June 2024.

For our Gin Tasting, 3 weeks’ notice is required to cancel the event. Cancellations with less than three weeks will not be refunded.
