About this event
- Event lasts 2 hours
AI is already transforming the workplace — but without foundational knowledge, the risks to your people, your data, and your culture are growing fast.
Getting AI Right is a practical, accessibility-first webinar for socially responsible organisations who want to understand the real risks of AI — and how to protect their employees, customers, and values in the face of rapid change.
Join Rachael Mole, an international researcher and government advisor on disability inclusion, as she shares insights from her Churchill Fellowship exploring the impact of AI on building inclusion in the workplace. A Top 100 Female Entrepreneur in the UK, one of the youngest Public Apointees in the UK government advising on accessibility, and founder of Moleworks Solutions, Rachael specialises in helping organisations build inclusive, future-ready strategies — rooted in real-world experience, not hype.
In this session, you’ll learn how AI is already being used by disabled and neurodivergent employees — including as a widely requested reasonable adjustment — who else is using AI, and why failing to plan for accessibility, bias, and data risks could leave your organisation exposed.
We’ll cover:
- How AI can increase risks to 'vulnerable' employees, customers or service users
- What happens when AI is implemented without ethical or inclusive safeguards
- The top three workplace risks linked to AI and your people outcomes— and how to start mitigating them
- A case study of AI policy in action within a disabled-led business
If you're responsible for people, policy, digital systems or equity, this session will give you the understanding — and the tools — to lead with confidence and care.

We will have the captions turned on from the start, and follow-up notes summarising the key talking themes and takeaway actions will be circulated the week after the event. All slides will be audio described. If you require any specific access needs send an email to rachael@moleworkssolutions.com
We understand for small charities this may be a barrier to accessing this information. Please send proof of your charity status to rachael@moleworkssolutions.com and we can organise a subsidised ticket.
We won't be covering any of the technical aspect of AI, so don't worry about not having an understanding of AI going into this. The start will cover the basics, and further resources can be shared afterwards to support further learning.
