Plus, we are joined by Jen Griffiths aka The Tropic Pianist Gamer who is a multi-passionate entertainer, best selling international author and podcaster. She lives on Anglesey with her husband and child.

She’d been suffering with anxiety since the age of 13, but was only diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder at 27. Over 20 years since the first experience of being anxious, Jen was able to find a light in the form of lockdown. With the tools and opportunities that opened up to her in a time where everything was locked away, she was able to overcome the disorder once and for all.

She was always authentically herself, but once she found true confidence, she was able to inspire others to find their confidence through music and storytelling.

As the Tropic Pianist Gamer, she has clear branding and made her name as a highly recommended ‘alternative’ piano tutor locally, in times when people are seeking encouraging and empathetic teachers. When music is slowly disappearing from mainstream education, she feels it’s important to be an advocate for making music accessible for all!
