The session will discuss how to use seasonal ingredients in drinks, using plants foraged locally by Greg Thornton from Arbikie highland estate, as well as utilising waste and  preservation methods.

The seminar aims to highlight the challenges often involved with trying to be sustainable and showcase sustainable cocktail ideas with our field to bottle Arbikie spirits. 

Greg will be joined by Arbikie Brand Manager Gareth Jones who will share some insights on what is happening up at the farm.
