FREE Self-defence classes

PSBL and Modern Arnis Martial Arts & Self-defence have teamed up to offer a series of FREE weekend classes to women and girls aged 11+

Our self-defense classes which are female only are designed to teach women and girls in our community to defend themselves in a safe environment. The sessions will focus on de-escalation techniques as well as active self-defence and most importantly confidence building.

Classes will be running across March 2024 - July 2024

If you have scheduled sessions and cannot attend, Kindly notify us at least one week in advance. This will allow us to offer slot to others who wish to participate.
