'The Pieces of Us' is a gripping and atmospheric dual-timeline novel of hidden secrets, forbidden love and a woman's desire to shape her own future...

Caroline will be interviewed by fellow writer, Jane Bailey, for a wide ranging discussion about her writing process, inspiration, and upcoming projects. Don't miss this opportunity to meet the author in person and gain insight into her literary works.

Jane Bailey's most recent novel is the wonderful 'Stay', a psychological thriller set during the pandemic in the Cotswolds, about a young woman stranded in the countryside with a seemingly idyllic familly...but all is not as it seems!

About The Authors

Caroline Montague lives with her husband at Burnt Norton House in the Cotswolds made famous by TS Eliot in the first of his four quartets. She is also a designer and mother to seven children and step-children. She divides her time between England and Italy.

Jane Bailey has been writer-in-residence for Cheltenham Festivals’ First Story, which promotes creative writing in schools serving low-income communities. She has also been writer-in-residence for Beyond Words, which takes creative writing to young people in Gloucestershire hospitals. She is a judge for the Laurie Lee Writing Prize, set up by Jessy Lee and Katie Fforde. She lives in Gloucestershire.
