About this event

  • 2 hours

Wholeheartedly You Full Moon Women’s Circles are an opportunity to pause and reconnect - a safe and sacred space to gather with other women, find grounding, comfort, inspiration and acceptance, and remember and celebrate our unity with nature and the universe. If you are feeling called to explore this interconnectivity to support your growth, healing and wellbeing, these circles are for you.

The full moon is a magical moment in the already magical lunar cycle. Representing the cycle’s completion, the sun and moon become aligned on opposite sides of the earth and 100% of the moon’s face is illuminated by the sun, from our perspective at least.

When you consider the magic and mystery of the universe, this is just one of many awe-inspiring wonders which can easily pass by unnoticed unless we tune in.

The beauty is that as we explore our interconnectivity with nature and the moon, we can get to know ourselves more deeply. The full moon can light the way back to our truest, most wholehearted self.

The significance of the Flower Full Moon in Sagittarius

May's Flower Full Moon is a celebration of new life, fresh starts, and hope. Spring flowers are in full bloom by this point, note the moon's name, and an abundance of new life and colour decorates the nature all around us.

With the full moon in Sagittarius, the Zodiac sign known for its adventurous and philosophical nature, this can be an ideal time to connect with your sense of adventure, push the boundaries of your dreams, reignite your spark and zest, let go of limiting beliefs that hold you back, and rebuild your confidence before we enter summer. Feeling the urge to go deeper and seek new truths? A Sagittarius Full Moon can support this quest. Or perhaps there are personal goals you're being called to reassess and recommit to, or your dreams and vision need an action plan? Tap into the optimistic, adventurous energy of this Sagittarius full moon to energise and empower you, your healing and growth, and your goals.

What you can expect

  • A guided meditation to relax, release tension, and connect with the playful and adventurous energy of the Sagittarius Full Moon
  • Gentle somatic practices to connect body and mind to support healing
  • Reflection time and journalling with soothing natural tea
  • The opportunity to share whatever is arising for you in our sharing circle (sharing optional)
  • Calling on the oracle cards to connect with and receive guidance from your inner oracle
  • Full moon intention setting ritual - once the full moon reaches its peak, it begins to wane back to the new moon. What are you ready to release or let go of that no longer serves you? Rituals will vary each month and include, as examples, candle-lit intention setting and moon water spells.
