What do I need to bring and what facilities are available?

Comfortable workout attire (swimming attire for Way of The Water). Water, towel, and an exercise mat will be provided. Showers and changing rooms are available on site, however there is no provision for lockers.

What happens to the pool activity (Way of the Water) if it rains?

Please be advised that in case of inclement weather, such as rain or a risk of lightning, the class format will be adapted to a mat-based movement activity. As weather conditions can be unpredictable, participants may not receive prior notification of the change.
