About this event

Age 12-16 yrs

3 week course dates : June 10th, 17th and 24th

*Participants need to be available to attend all 3 sessions

Each week they will create 2 delicious dishes in 2 hours, and have fun learning new skills and trying new things.

Cookery presents a great opportunity to focus attention on our senses, tuning them into smells and textures, and can also help to practice mindfulness and distraction.
