Frequently asked questions

What age is this suitable for?

For health and safety reasons, the youngest member of your family should be older than 5 years old.

Are the recipes suitable for me?

All recipes are meat, gluten and dairy-free. We do use nuts in some of our recipes, so unfortunately these workshops are not suitable for those with nut allergies.

How many kids can I bring with me?

We ask that there is a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children under the age of 10. The adult is responsible for the safety of their children, and therefore is it not safe to supervise more than two children at the same time.

My child is a fussy eater, is this suitable for them?

My workshops have the power to convince the most hardcore vegetable haters to at least try a vegetable they have never had before. The aim here is never to force, but to plant seeds that can alter their mindset over time, and more importantly, you will feel equipped to water those seeds at home.
