This jam packed two-day spectacular event will feature a whole host of expert speakers, who will deliver LIVE talks and demonstrations that will offer helpful insider tips on the industry, including (but not limited to) mortgage advice, surveyor advice, landlord tips, renovation and extension planning, interior design hacks and garden landscaping inspirations. And if you require further personal assistance, you can book a slot to speak with one of our experts in a one-to-one private session in our ‘speak to the experts’ area.

Alongside this wealth of expert property knowledge that will be available throughout the day, visitors will also benefit from local businesses exhibiting a wide range of products and services. Take your time to explore and discover a variety of bespoke, locally crafted furniture and unique home décor items to help transform your house into a beautiful home. Refreshments and food can be enjoyed throughout the show, so you can sit, relax, share ideas and make those all-important connections.

W hat you can expect each day:

Friday 5th July 2024:

On the Friday we have decided to have a more 'business to business focus', where you have the option, as part of your ticket price to join in, prior to to the show, in our exclusive networking event, where you can network with other local businesses an make those all important connections. BNI will be hosting the networkign session which will run from 10:00am in the Sports Hall.

The show will then commence at 11:00am and the doors will open to the public, there will be over 100 stands, a fantastic line up of speakers speakign every 30 minutes from 12pm, plus a 'speak to the expert' area.

Saturday 6th July 2024 - (Goody Bags to the first 50 to arrive)

The Saturday show will have a more inclusive 'family feel' where attendees are welcome to bring children and enjoy a family day out browsing through the wide selection of stalls that will be participating. Again there will be a line up of speakers who will be taking it in turns to speak every 30 minutes from 12pm, a ' speak to the experts' area and refreshments to purchase on the day.
