The kinds of organisations the world needs today are very different to the ones that served us 20 years ago.
A greater responsibility to society, the planet and employees is recognised as a must alongside the call to turn a profit for shareholders.
Working with our clients in high-stakes industries for the last 20 years, we have our observations and inklings about what great leadership looks like in 2024 and beyond.
But for now, these are just small scribbles in the scrapbook.
We want to create a manifesto for a new style of leadership and generate a playbook of possibilities, aligned to the needs of the next generation of leaders.
With this goal in mind, we are hosting three Enquiry Breakfasts that will culminate in a new Leadership Playbook - but we don’t pretend to have all the answers already.
That's why we’re assembling forward-thinking leaders from a broad spectrum of industries to discuss the role of leadership for the future.
Join us for one or all of these sessions to take part in the discussion, learn something new and meet a host of other like-minded leaders.
