Empowering Vinyasa + Guided Meditation
Come join us for a rejuvenating & empowering experience at YoBalance! This event combines a creative & powerful Vinyasa Flow curated by Sarah, with the calming practice of Guided Meditation, led by Tracey. Both women are passionate & warm with industry certifications, so you're in safe hands. The yoga will help you open your heart & mind to positivity & kindness, whilst the guided meditation will allow you to embody it. All completed in a warm room (30+ degrees).
Share a cup of herbal tea with us to close out the afternoon and take home a carefully selected blend of essential oils to keep the positivity going throughout your daily life.
