Society for Education and Training (SET) is a community of practitioners and professionals across post-14 education. This is your opportunity to connect and interact with peers and practitioners from across the sector with shared topical interests.
Join us online for this Mental Health and Wellbeing event to:
- Hear from Georgie Ford, Weston College’s Advanced Practitioner in Mental Health and Wellbeing, who will be sharing the emotional recovery framework which has been developed from her emotional literacy training. The framework has been designed to allow organisations to adapt their context towards the promotion of emotional authenticity and enables individual experiences of the pandemic to be validated, creating a culture of open communication.
- Participate in interactive roundtable discussion to further explorer elements of the framework and recovery language, taking the opportunity to reflect, share and learn from fellow attendees in focused roundtable discussions. This is an interactive event to enable conversations between attendees. We strongly encourage attendees to keep their camera on while participating in group discussion.
