Elevate Fit Fest returns to Shanbally House & Gardens, Tipperary on Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th September 2024.

Back by popular demand, a jam packed schedule will offer attendees the opportunity to try out a range of classes from yoga & pilates, to HIIT classes, dance, self defence & a range of workshops with everyhitng from mindfulness, breathwork, intention setting to cooking demonstrations & talks on mental health, resiliance, goal setting & so much more with a different line up of guests & classes across both Saturday & Sunday.
