Ecstatic Dance with Valentyna Chychkun at 6.45

Valentina will be leading an Ecstatic Dance Class in Universal Hall starting at 6.45 .

WE HAVE DECIDED TO GO BACK TO PAYING CASH ON THE DOOR RATHER THAN PAYING IN ADVANCE ONLINE. If you want to pay by card you are welcome to still pay in advance online.

£15 Requested standard contribution (choose this option if you have sufficient financial resources and can pay this for dancing tonight)

£12– Discounted rate (choose this option if you sometimes struggle with limited financial resources and would benefit from supported access toor dancing tonight)

£10– Concession rate (choose this option if you have limited resources}

We do not have a limit on the number of dancers any more.

• Doors open at 6.45. Everyone needs to be in the Hall by 7.00pm.

• Dancing will continue to 8.25 with everyone having left by 8.45

Please, don’t come to dance if you have any of the following symptoms: Loss or change in sense of smell or taste, Fever, Chills or sweats, Cough, Sore throat, Shortness of breath or Runny nose. We will refund you if you are unable to come for this reason.

If you cannot make the class you booked for we can move your ticket to another class.

Please note the following guidance for those attending the classes.

If you have not danced with us before please mention this as you come in to the person on the door.

We ask dancers to not sit out and observe the class but to participate at all times.

We accept that a situation may develop where you feel you need to leave early but we encourage everyone to stay till the closing circle where possible.

Please do not use perfumed products before the class.

Bare feet or dance shoes on the dance floor please.

No talking on the dance floor please.

C lass open to everyone 15 years old and over.

We are looking for crew to help clean and welcome people as usual. Please contact Peter if you’re interested in supporting the dance in this way and having a free place. The crew will not be "policing" the rules.
