We will gather in a beautiful part of the Welsh Black Mountains, next to a rushing river and nestled below open mountains in a time for spacious expansion as life unfolds into the fullness of summer.
This immersion explores the deepening of relationship and belonging; with the land, the living world, ourselves and each other.
Across the days and nights we will dwell with the land and skies, unearthing our growth through experiential practices of story, wandering, solo time and ceremony; embodying our learning with the wildlife and landscape, with time to reflect in regenerative community, sharing food, fun and relaxation.
There will be a rhythm to each day that includes:
- morning meditation or bird walk
- group practices and reflection either at our riverside camp or out in the hills
- shared meals for breakfast and dinner
- time and space to yourself in early pm
- talks and evocations to deepen understanding of the living world, stars and planets
- evening fireside stories, song and music
