Ready to shed those extra pounds and feel confident in your summer wardrobe? Join me at The Yoga & Wellness Rooms, Shoreham by Sea for an interactive workshop designed to help you drop a dress size in time for summer!

I will explain why the sub-conscious mind is the key to weightloss.

Understand how the conscious and sub-conscious minds often want different things.

I will show you how EFT Tapping works to release blocks and beliefs to weightloss.

This session will include a powerful Group Hypnosis Session to influence your subconscious mind to loose weight without the struggle.

I expect your metabolism to be increased, you to know when you are full and be satisfied on smaller portions of food, be driven to find fun and enjoyable ways of exercising and more so that you loose weight safely and feel healthier and drop a dress size for summer and keep it off.

You can expect to start loosing weight from this session. Please know your current weight/dress size and think about what weight/dress size you want to achieve.
