This in-person event begins with a deep dive into full-body breathing techniques designed to open and energize every cell in your body. As you release physical tension and welcome fresh energy, the journey transitions into an integrating sound bath. Here, soothing vibrations and sacred sounds envelop you, promoting deep relaxation and harmony. Throughout this sacred gathering, we maintain a reverent and tranquil space, allowing you to connect deeply with your inner self and the resonant energy around you. Come, breathe, and resonate in the sacredness of being.
These events are held with love, compassion and grace, and are a unique opportunity to come together in community, to support one another on our individual healing journeys, and to cultivate a sense of connection and unity with the divine.
Conscious Connected Breathwork can be stimulating and have contraindications – so please let the facilitators know if you have any health conditions e.g. serious heart condition, if you are taking antidepressants, have adrenal/chronic fatigue, if you are pregnant, schizophrenia, bipolar, glaucoma, epilepsy (or a history of epilepsy) blood pressure issues, heart or stroke conditions.
If you have any of the above health issues - you can still come along and enjoy the magic! We will provide a modified breathing technique for you.
