Indulge in a delightful journey of flavours as you learn to create a simple yet sensational Indian canape. Then, sit back and relax with your friends, as you savour a sumptuous, Indian meal rooted in my family's recipes of Gujarat.
You will be welcomed with a complimentary drink followed by a short demo then you will be seated to enjoy a wonderful three course meal.
The meal will include:
Canape: Bhel - Spicy, tangy snack made with puffed rice, chickpeas, potatoes and served with coriander chutney and tamarind chutney
Starter: Dhokla - spiced semolina cakes tempered with mustard seeds, coriander and curry leaves served with and a coriander chutney
Main: Achari Murgh (Chicken cooked with pickling spices) or Achari Potatoes
Gujarati Aubergine with potatoes, Sambharo (spiced carrot with cabbage), Rice, Dal, Chapatis, Kachumbar salad
Dessert: Ras Malai Cake - sponge cake soaked with spiced milk topped with pistachios
You can also bring along your favourite alcoholic beverages to complement the experience!
