Join us for this early morning warm up class in Hackney Showroom next to Clissold Park. This class is designed to help you kickstart your day with a burst of energy and a revitalised spirit. The session will guide you through a series of movements and breathing exercises that will awaken your body ready for the day ahead.
The class begins with a gentle warm up to get the joints, ligaments and muscles energised and loosened. You will learn mindful breathing exercises called Dao Yin to enhance lung capacity, reduce stress and promote relaxation and Kai Men - Taoist yoga movements - to improve suppleness and strength.
By the end of the class you will feel energised, focused and centred that you will carry with you throughout the day. This class is tailored to beginners and and no prior experience is needed, expect a good work out and a fun way to get physically, emotionally and mentally fit.
