C rúMan River Adventure with Go With The FLow (GWTF)

The CrúMan River Adventure is a two day overnight river and camping trip facilitated by our friends in GWTF!

The full itinerary of the weekend is below, please take a look to gain more information:

Day 1

10AM: Arrive in Graiguenamanagh and set up our tents at the HUB Graiguenamanagh

11AM: We'll have coffee, introduce ourselves and have the chats.

12 NOON: Carpool to Goresbridge.

1PM: Lunch: get some grub into us and Charlie our guide will fill us in on the history of the River Barrow and navigation for the trip.

2PM: LET'S GET GOING: We'll paddle individual Sit-on-top kayaks to Graignamanagh shooting all the weirs and rapids along the way! This is serious craic and no doubt we'll have a few spills along the way!

6PM: BBQ - Time to kick back and scoff some burgers by the river

9PM: Fireside drinks (feel free to bring your own beers, there is a shop near the hub where you can purchase some too) and chats - if you're musical and would like to bring a guitar for a sing song, go for it!

MIDNIGHT: Lights out to get some rest before a more mellow day on the Sunday.

Day 2

8AM: Nature walk to shake out the legs before we set off

9.30AM: Breakfast in a local Café.

10.30AM: Paddle Canadian Canoe (doubles) from Graiguenamanagh to St Mullins. We will be shooting the weirs and rapids again which will provide excellent entertainment.

2PM: Lunch at The Mullachain Riverside Cafe in St Mullins.

3-3:30pm Break camp and return to home.
