Creative Flow offers an 8-week workshop at The Jam Jar, but you're also welcome to join us for individual sessions. A bit about me:
Experience the warmth and expertise of Zahra O'Shea, a valued figure within Bristol's vibrant music community. With a Performing Arts certificate and currently pursuing a Level 5 Creative Arts Therapy degree at City of Bristol College, Zahra brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her workshops. Holding a foundation degree in Art and Design, Zahra's creative insights are boundless.

With a rich background in leading, composing for, and directing various choirs, performing arts ensembles, dance troupes, and storytelling collectives, Zahra's workshops offer a unique blend of creativity and expertise. Her dedication extends to working with children, backed by an Ihasco certificate in Keeping Children Safe in Education and a fully enhanced DBS clearance, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
