Creative Caminito Tango Summer Course

Whether you're a seasoned musician or an amateur, this in-person event caters for all levels. Immerse yourself in the passionate world of tango. Our expert instructors will teach you the art of tango articulation, phrasing and some new techniques you probably never played before! Get ready to embrace the rhythm, elegance, and sensuality of tango, all in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to discover the magic of tango this summer!

We are also running a day course in Argentine folklore music on July 16 - also available on EventBrite and you can either buy the both courses together or do one or the other.

Frequently asked questions

Is there parking?

There are parking spaces around the venue but the venue itself does not provide any.

What about the music parts?

You will be sent all repertoire in advance by email so that you can have a look and learn some notes beforehand.

What about refunds?

If you decide you don't like the course after the first day you can get a refund of £190 minus any Event Brite fees.

What about accessibility?

The rehearsal room is on the first floor up a flight of stairs - there is no lift at the venue.

Do I need to be able to read music?

Yes and we recommend a minimum level of Grade 5.

Which instruments do you cater for?

We currently accept violin, viola, cello, bass, guitar, flute, clarinet, saxophone, piano, accordion, bandoneon, voice.
