NAMI Connection Recovery Support Groups are peer- led support groups for adults 18 and over
who have been living with mental health challenges and are looking for support from others with
similar lived experience. Everyone experiences mental health challenges, whether or not they've
been diagnosed. NAMI Connection Recovery Support groups offer a chance to find community
with others who understand what you're going through.
