Do I have to wear a singlet?

No, singlets are not mandatory. However, this does help the judges see your arms lock out and thus will be less likely to give false "no lifts".

Will there be weight classes?

Yes, these will be the same as IWF weight classes.

is there an age limit?

No, we encourage lifters of all ages to join in. From under youth lifters to master lifters. All are welcome.
