    Welcome to the Community Women's Circle!


    Come join us for this nourishing 6-month journey for 5 women to come together to connect, share stories, and support each other. This is a safe space where you can express yourself freely and build meaningful relationships with other women in the community. Let's empower and inspire each other in this warm and welcoming space. See you there!


    · Each month there will be there will be space for group sharing and an experiential exercise, this may include breathwork, meditation, tea ceremonies, plant connection and creative exercises.


    · This is a small intimate group to ensure that all women can receive and share fully within the space.


    · There is a 6-month commitment to the space to allow for safety and consistency within the circle.


    · An abundance of herbal teas and chocolate will be available.


    · Please bring comfy socks/slippers, a cushion, blanket, and journal.

    Is this a therapy group?

    Please note that this is not a therapy group however the space we create can be wonderfully therapeutic. Please also note that this is a confidential space.

    Can I talk to you first?

    I offer a free call to chat through any questions you have and to give you opportunity to feel into whether the space is right for you. To arrange a call you can contact me via email: hello@groundedconnection.co.uk.

    What do I need to bring?

    Bring yourself, comfy slippers/socks, a cushion, blanket, eye mask and journal.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Please note that once payment has been made there are no refunds available. This is due to the limited availability of sessions and room hire. Thank you for your understanding with this.

    What happens if I'm unable to make a session?

    I am unable to refund you for any sessions you are unable to attend. I will check-in after the session and send you any meditations/activities we did in session and send any stories or poems that have been shared.

    I attend 1-1 counselling with you - can I still attend this group?

    Please note that clients are unable to attend both 1-1 counselling and the women's circle at the same time. Once the women's circle has ended, if you'd like to start or continue counselling sessions again - you are very welcome.
