Please note that certain breathwork techniques may not be suitable for everyone, and some breathwork techniques may need to be adjusted to ensure that they are safe for you. If you have any of the following conditions, please let me know in advance of booking:

  • Pregnancy
  • Asthma
  • Severe Cardiovascular Diseases and/or Irregularities, Including Prior Heart Attack
  • Glaucoma
  • Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure
  • Detached Retina
  • Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis, Schizophrenia or another psychiatric condition
  • Epilepsy or history of seizures (of any kind)
  • PTSD / C-PTSD
  • Osteoporosis; Recent Hospitalization; Severe Bone and Joint Problems; Recent Injury or Surgery
  • History of Strokes
  • Family History of Aneurysms

What is breathwork?

Breathwork involves conscious control of the breath to achieve specific outcomes, such as relaxation, stress relief, and enhanced self-awareness.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! No prior experience with breathwork is necessary.

What do I need to bring to the session?

Wear comfortable warm clothing and bring a blanket and a water bottle. Yoga mats will be provided but you may also want to bring an extra yoga mat, a cushion and an eye mask for added comfort during the session. You may want to bring a pen and a journal to write about your experience.

Can I participate if I have a medical condition?

While breathwork is generally safe, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional if you have any existing medical conditions. Please also read the event description for specific contraindications.

How long is each session?

Each session is approximately 1.5 hours.
