Enjoy a guided SOMA breathwork and sound healing journey
Your breath is the only thing you do subconsciously which you can control consciously. It is the portal into the body. When we use specific breathing techniques we can change our state, switch off stress and access deep calm.
You will be guided into a SOMA breath journey where you can tap into your higher self and the healing power of ancient wisdom through guided meditation, rhythmical breathing and amazing music.

About me
My name is Tom and I am a life coach and breathwork facilitator.
Following burnout and a serious automimmune diagnosis 5 years ago I embarked on a journey to make big lifestyle changes.
After trying many different ways of healing and growing, and making many mistakes, I knew that my calling was to coach others turn their pain into purpose.
I now live a more satisfying and meaningful life than before where I get to spend more time otuside in nature and enjoy life as a father of 3, a husband and a coach.
