How often are sessions held?

We have sessions 5 times a week including: Wednesday; Thursday; Friday; Saturday; and Sunday. Sessions are held from 10:00-12:00.

Do I need any prior experience to begin?

Our sessions are for beginner to advanced level boxers. Your experience level determines the level of technique taught and each student is given a personal method based on this.
