Comfy and casual is the name of the game. Come in your yoga gear so that you can move in the class, but be aware you'll be painting in the same outfit.

Do I need to bring my yoga mat?

No! We have you covered, however you're more than welcome to bring your own mat if you wish to.

How much yoga experience do I need?

Zero to pro. The class is designed for all abilities, so come as you are and enjoy.

Do I need to be good at painting?

Absolutely... not. The class is designed as a fun and creative outlet for all abilities. You'll have an instructor doing step by step guides and you can as as much or as little flare as you like.

What will the goal setting session look like?

You'll explore your life from a holistic perspective, breaking it down into manageable sections. You'll identify areas where you shine bright and those that could use a little extra TLC. You'll emerge with three actionable goals & 30, 60, and 90 day targets.
