What happens when you hire a new worker that exhibits some pretty toxic traits towards the rest of your team and even your customers?

Many companies are about to find out as they dive headfirst into adopting AI systems without adequate oversight.

In this London Tech Week discussion hosted by General Purpose you'll learn firsthand how building systems trained of human data leads to software with human failings. We'll explore the critical issue of bias within AI systems and its implications for diversity and inclusion.

Our distinguished panel of experts will share their perspectives on how AI is creating new challenges for fostering an inclusive workplace and highlight practical strategies for addressing these issues.
