Come along to the next handstands for beginners workshop at the Glow Collective! Join us on Sunday, June 02, 2024 at 11:00 -12:00 AM. This class is perfect for those who are just starting to learn to handstand. No matter your current level, I'll share the tools you need to learn and progress safely. We'll cover low balances to build up the skill and stength in your hands, as well as drills to help you organise your body and find the right position upside down!
If you came to the last workshop I'll be able to share with you the next steps to help you build up the shoulder strength and stability to start to master freestanding holds.
The price will be £10 payable on the day (cash or transfer is fine), spots are limited so book early if you want to come!
