Ballet Barre for adults with Natasha Tobin

This is a ballet barre for adults suitable for newcomers and lifelong dancers. It is a relaxed and friendly dance experience. We cover the standard barre curriculum, with some time at the end for a centre step. We always include a warm-up in the centre and a cool down. Please ensure that you have cleared the space you'll be dancing in and wear either gym or ballet clothing, ballet shoes/bare feet/jazz shoes or socks.
