Young Adult Activities (YAA!) work with like-minded partners to offer ability-appropriate activities that cater to the interests of persons with moderate to severe disabilities who are 16 and above. The activities are largely arranged in 2 tracks - CORE & LEISURE - with the intention to:

    1. Enhance social integration
    2. Forge relationships and build communities
    3. Create delightful new experiences

The activities are for YAA! members only. To find out more about YAA! and how to join as a member, please contact 8691 3053 (Azmil) or email yaa@rainbowcentre.org.sg.

The Special Transition & Engagement Programme (STEP) aims to outreach, plan and coordinate/implement engagement activities for young adults with disabilities, to provide opportunities to remain socially engaged and retain independent living skills after graduating from SPED schools.

This is to allow for a longer transition runway to stabilize transition for young adults with disabilities who have recently graduated from SPED schools, up to the last three years (i.e. 19-21 year olds).
