Our aim is to shape the qualifications towards the economic and employment needs of Portsmouth and wider regions. This, in turn, will provide a quality future workforce and rewarding career opportunities for our students.

In August 2021, Highbury College and Portsmouth College merged to form City of Portsmouth College.

The new organisation is a general further education college based in Portsmouth. It provides vocational and academic education and training, from first-step courses to university level foundation degrees, specialised services for business and education in the community.
