Alnwick Youth Hostel, located in the centre of Alnwick has a fantastic cycle hub which is available to use by guests, visitors to the town and commuters. Visitors and guests can store bikes in a dedicated building located in the courtyard of the youth hostel.
The building which was used to stable police horses in the 1800s has been completely renovated to provide secure cycle storage downstairs, and locker facilities upstairs. Our gas-assisted cycle racks make storing bikes easy and accessible, and visitors can store their cycling kit in the secure lockers to make exploring the town easier and more convenient.
The cycle hub can accommodate up to 12 bicycles which can be stored while you spend the day exploring Alnwick and all the attractions it has to offer.
Each ticket for this event will book one rack for the day.
The cycle hub can be accessed through the courtyard of the youth hostel and a unique PIN will be provided on booking to enable access in to the building.
The hub is open between 08:00 and 19:30 in the summer months (April to October) and 08:00 to 19:00 during the winter (November to March). Please note that for maximum security the hub is locked overnight and bikes cannot be accessed during this time.
