ABRSM Music Theory - 7 Day Crash Course

Whether you’re looking to deepen your understanding of the music you love or prepare for an upcoming exam, music theory is a vital part of learning to play an instrument.

Music theory is often overlooked due to the time constraints of instrumental lessons. That’s why we’ve established a dedicated music theory school, offering a series of structured courses aligned with ABRSM levels, up to grade 5.

We will assess your current level, and over the course of seven 45-minute sessions, you will receive a comprehensive overview of the material covered in the ABRSM exam. You will be provided with all the necessary resources, including practice papers, homework exercises, and lesson packs. By the end of the course, you will be fully prepared to sit the exam with confidence.

Do I need any prior experience?

Great news: no prior experience is required to join the beginner's course! However, if you're not yet confident with reading music, it could slow your progress. If that sounds like you, feel free to reach out—we're happy to share some helpful preparatory resources.
