Faciltated by an experienced practitioner and teacher, a morning to meet in a calm, peaceful atmosphere. We will enjoy stillness, mindful coffee and biscuits, relaxation techniques, and an opportunity to share and learn ways to cultivate joy and happiness to take into your daily life. Through mindfulness practices we can transform difficult emotions such as fear, anger and despair, as we negotiate our way through such challenging times as we find ourselves currently facing.
