About this event

Whether you're an experienced writer or complete beginner, here at Mind to Write we welcome everyone who would like to enhance their connection with the present moment and enjoy creative writing.

We're a friendly group that meets the first Wednesday of each month to practise mindful writing. The aim of the sessions is to unlock your creativity, practise mindfulness and write with a group. These are 1.5 hour facilitated workshops via zoom that combine mindfulness exercises and creative writing activities. Everyone leaves the session with a piece of writing they didn't have when they started.

Sessions are facilitated by author Dr Rosemarie Corlett - English and Creative Writing lecturer at University of Plymouth, and Plymouth Poet Laureate 2023-2025.

Sessions are Pay What You Can.
