A Festival for Pagans & Witches, held in the beautiful Warwickshire Countryside.
Viking Feast to start things off on the Friday Night, Saturday and Sunday packed full of optional workshops, with a Witches Ball on the Saturday Night as well as Night Rituals in the woods.

Frequently asked questions
You will not be posted an admission ticket. You will be asked for proof of purchase (booking ref) at the main desk when you arrive at the festival.
All information about rituals and workshops for our May festival will be available from Beginning to Mid January. Please keep an eye out on our social media.
Workshops and Rituals will be released for sale on the website beginning to mid January 2024, any remaining spaces will be available to book on the day.
Due to loses in the past, we no longer post. Everything purchased in advance in your name, will be printed out and included in the envelope with your admission tickets at the main desk when you arrive at the festival.
Camping is booked directly with the venue, Heart of England Conference Centre - 01676 540 333. It does sell out rather fast. For contact info and alternative camping/hotels near by check out the festival info section of the website.
Yes, if necessary and accompanied by a responsible adult and over the age of 10years. We do however, have kids workshops just for them!
Yes, these activities are included in your admission ticket free off charge.
The council and volunteers will be wearing purple cloaks and staff in clearly marked hi-vis vests.
We will have qualified paramedics on site as a first response. If you do have an underlying medical condition, please register this at the First Aid tent on arrival. Also local emergency information will be found in the program. Please keep access lanes clear for emergency vehicles.
Well behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs to be kept on a lead and their poo to be bagged and deposited in the bins provided. Young children will be attending, so please remain vigilant at all times.
Birmingham International is roughly 15 mins away by taxi. If you are camping but not on site or booked into a near by hotel, factor in travel to/from your choice of campsite / accommodation.
Yes. We try our best to provide catering that covers most requirements however this isn't always possible. If you have special dietary requirements, it is a good idea to bring your own food.
Yes, wheelchair access is good. Please remember the event is on a grassy field.
The official festival kicks off at 9am Saturday morning. We host a beautiful opening ceremony and welcome all to attend. Ticket office is open from around 7am both days for you to collect tickets.
Yes, all are welcome.
Unfortunately not, the CAA take a dim view of random broomsticks in their airspace. Quidditch is best played at Hogwarts.
We do have a large reserve list currently, we do not start a new one at the start of each festival. If you wish to join the trade list. Please contact us at coven_of_gaia@hotmail.com and put Trade Reserve List in the subject, with contact details, Trade name and product brief.
