WHAT CAN I EXPECT AS AN ATTENDEE?

• This is a networking event focused on robotics, bring business cards and your top game, perhaps also a copy of your CV if you are looking for a job (sometimes best to follow up after an event though)

WHO IS INVITED?

• Anyone with an interest in Robotics: Vendors, Investors, Startups, Students, Component Suppliers, Software Companies, Consultants, Market Researchers, Automation, AI, Engineers, etc.
• Any type of robots are welcome (* robot agnostic event): Surgical robots, autonomous vehicles, warehouse robots, delivery bots, drones, construction robots, robot related AI, etc. (we have a wide definition of "robot")

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

• Yes. Note that we cap attendees to 2-3 per company to maximise networking effects (this cap does not apply to universities)

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL ATTEND?

• The Feb 8th venue is limited to 100 people
• Note that our networking events are becoming increasingly popular and we operate a first come first entry policy (i.e. be early to gain access)

• This is a FREE networking event

• Arrive at 17:30. Estimated duration: c.3hrs (incl. presentations, networking, etc.)

WHY DO YOU ASK IF I AM IN LONDON ON THE DAY?

• Since this is a free event, we are trying to maximise the number of registrations to the number of people actually attending the event
• If you live permanently in Germany, US, India or China (or outside the UK), this event may not be suitable for you unless you are certain you will visit London on the day
• However, we would love to see you at our events in the future if you cannot make this particular event!

CAN I JOIN ONLINE FROM OUTSIDE THE UK?

• NO. This is an exclusively in-person event
• There are NO options to join this event by webinar or remotely online yet (please do not sign up if you do not intend to be in London, UK on the date for this event!)
• We may post video snippets from the event on our YouTube channel, but there will be NO LIVE FEED
