Carrick

While Carrick maintains a relaxed residential rhythm, a diverse range of events and things to do can be found in Carrick, Pittsburgh, PA, and the surrounding areas. The local scene is defined by community gatherings and a quieter pace, standing in contrast to the high-energy nightlife of the nearby South Side. This dynamic allows for experiences that range from laid-back park concerts to bustling bar crawls just a short distance away.

• For a classic night out, many locals head to the South Side, where a walk along East Carson Street reveals a high concentration of bars and pubs popular for hopping between spots.
• Live music from local and touring acts is a staple in the greater South Hills area, with performances at venues like Crafthouse Stage & Grill and 25 Carrick Avenue.
• Community life often centers around recurring markets, including the weekly Carrick Farmers Market from late spring through fall and events at the Bethel Park Community Center.
