Kawkawlin

While Kawkawlin itself is a quiet community, there's no shortage of events and things to do in the surrounding Great Lakes Bay Region. The nearby cities of Saginaw, Bay City, and Midland provide a diverse scene, from concerts at The Dow Event Center to plays at the historic Temple Theatre. This area comes alive with annual festivals and seasonal outdoor series that draw from across the region.

• Head to Downtown Midland's pedestrian plaza for a walkable evening of dining and entertainment, including The Commons Live Music Series during the summer.
• Experience the historic character of Old Town Saginaw, home to the annual Old Town Art Fair and performances at the Pit & Balcony Theatre.
• See national tours and major productions at Saginaw's primary venues, The Dow Event Center and the Jolt Credit Union Event Park.
